Get Educated in 2020

Is it really November already?  I know over the next two months everyone will be consumed with the holidays.  I admit it’s a hectic and fun time of year and sometimes stressful.  For the Professional Development team at IIANC, it’s also busy and hectic, but not because of turkey and decorations.  We are super busy finalizing and rolling out our 2020 Education calendar.

We have 118 classes scheduled for next year in 12 different cities.  We are thrilled to publish these for 2020 as we have new and exciting course offerings for our members.

In addition to our regular CISR and CIC classes, we have several new courses:

Agency Management

  • Hiring, Managing & Compensating Insurance Agency Personnel
  • Agency Financial Analysis and Compensation
  • Strategic Planning, Workflow, & Managing Your Agency Team
  • Improving Your Agency’s Workflows

  • Hot Topics and Trends
  • What Every Agent Should Know

Commercial Agent Training Series

A new three-day training series is coming to IIANC! Designed to help agents train new employees in commercial insurance, or serve as a refresher course for current employees, the Commercial Agent Training series will provide a broad understanding of the property and liability loss exposures faced by most commercial clients and the coverages used to protect them. This series is designed to help build a strong foundation in commercial lines coverages for newly licensed or less experienced employees.

Trusted Risk Advisor – TRA Certification

Distinguish yourself to your clients with this BRAND NEW certification, serving as a symbol of professional excellence in consultative, diagnostic sales and mastery of risk advisory knowledge… in only FOUR DAYS! Nationally-known industry leader Scott Addis, created this program based on the concepts and tools he used to develop a $11 million revenue book of business.

Of course, do not forget as a value-added benefit, Flood, Ethics and E&O classroom courses are FREE to IIANC members.

Be sure to check out our new 2020 schedule, and we look forward to seeing you in class!
