Commissioner Mike Causey appreciates your cooperation in assisting eligible consumers residing in the impacted counties by providing notice of the Disaster Mediation program as well as forgiveness of the 60-day time frame required to request mediation.  Consumers would not otherwise have had knowledge of their right to mediation prior to the Department invoking this program.
